Ysgol Bwlchgwyn CP is a small village primary school serving children from Bwlchgwyn and the surrounding area.

Set in attractive grounds on Brymbo Road, the school provides education from Nursery through to Year 6 and describes itself as a happy, caring and inclusive school at the heart of the village community.

The school is English-medium while celebrating its Welsh heritage and encouraging pupils to use Welsh throughout school life. Its motto, “Aim High”, reflects an emphasis on helping children grow in confidence, embrace challenges and reach their potential.
